• Choral-only rehearsals are on Tuesday evenings typically from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Phil & Choir Combined Rehearsal

• Choir and Philharmonic will have a combined rehearsal scheduled on Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

  • Arise - “Ignite the Praise” - June 11, 2025

Soloists, Phil, & Choir Combined Rehearsal

• All performers: Soloists, Choir, and Philharmonic will combine for two technical/run-through rehearsals scheduled on the Wednesdays before the production from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

  • Soloists must arrive 15 minutes early to be fitted with microphones.

  • Arise - “Ignite the Praise” - June 18 & 25, 2025

Soloist Mic Check

• Soloists must come early to the production venue for an extensive mic check.

  • Friday, June 27, 2025 - 3:50 p.m.

Mandatory Tech Rehearsals

• We have the rare opportunity to have a tech rehearsal with two run-throughs the day before the first performance!

• Arise - “Ignite the Praise” - Friday, June 27, 2025

  • Choir & Phil call time, 4:45 p.m. in casual dress.

  • 1st Technical Rehearsal, 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

  • Dinner break, 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. - Please bring your own or go to Taylorsville restaurants.

  • 2nd Technical Rehearsal, 8:00 - 10:00 p.m.

    • Concert Length - 90 minutes - not counting rehearsal/technical needs.

Performances

• Arise - “Ignite the Praise” - Saturday & Sunday, June 28 & 29, 2025

  • Because parking is minimal, please carpool or allow time for parking at a distance to preserve slots for concert patrons.

  • Soloists Mic Checks, 1:00 p.m.

  • Soloists, Choir, & Phil call time for spot checks and photography, 1:30 p.m. in concert dress.

    • Matinee Performance, 3:00 p.m.

      • Concert Length - 90 minutes - no intermission.

    • Dinner break, 4:45 - 6:00 p.m. - Dinner: Saturday, please bring your own; Sunday, all contribute to a potluck dinner - Centennial room

    • Prayer Meeting, 6:40 p.m. - Centennial room.

    • Evening Performance, 7:00 p.m.

      • Concert Length - 90 minutes - no intermission.

    • On Sunday: Strike the stage, 8:45 p.m.
